**Job Overview**:
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the front desk to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, excellent guest service, and proper coordination among front office staff. This role supports the Front Office Manager in training staff, handling guest concerns, and maintaining high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by all front office staff.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training, scheduling, and monitoring the performance of front desk agents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Verify accuracy of guest accounts, payments, and room assignments.
- Ensure front desk procedures comply with hotel policies and standards.
- Maintain updated knowledge of room availability, rates, and special promotions.
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations; 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in hotel property management systems (e.g., IDS, Fidelio).
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
