Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the production process for injection moulding, ensuring that production targets are met.
- Manage the daily operations of the moulding shift, including scheduling, staffing, and training.
- Ensure that all moulding machines are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Monitor the quality of products produced by the moulding shift, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process, working with the maintenance team to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the moulding shift, and that all employees are trained in proper safety procedures.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Work with the production planning team to ensure that raw materials and supplies are available for production as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

- ITI or 12th pass with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in injection moulding.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and production processes.
- Experience in managing a production shift in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to industrial manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
