Key Responsibilities of a PA for a CA: - **Administrative Support**: - Managing the CA's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. - Arranging travel, transportation, and accommodation. - Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. - Managing databases and filing systems. - Handling office supplies and equipment. - **Communication and Coordination**: - Liaising with clients, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders. - Ensuring clear communication throughout the office. - Distributing information and coordinating activities. - **Financial and Legal Support (May Vary)**: - Assisting with invoicing and billing, if required. - Collating and filing expenses. - Preparing documents related to tax filings or audits, under the CA's supervision. - **Other Duties**: - Organizing events and conferences. - Reminding the CA of important tasks and deadlines. - Assisting with research or special projects, as needed. - Maintaining a positive and professional office environment.
