Manage Housekeeping department
- Lead motivate and coach team members
- Maintain and supervise health & safety standards
- Supervision of contactors
- General departmental purchasing
- Budgeting and inventory control
- complete control and accountability for the day to day operations of the housekeeping department, working closely with other departments
- using effective communication, ensuring all employees consistently achieve hospitality service standards
- Making sure a high degree of guest care and service is achieved.
- Supervises work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean
- obtains list of vacant rooms which need to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges in order to prepare work assignments
- Assigns workers their duties, and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
- The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for all bedrooms, corridors and public areas have a high standard of hygiene and health and safety
- The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service
- Executive Housekeeper must be highly passionate, excellent attention to detail and the ability to continually raise standards

**QUALIFICATION - Graduation / Diploma in Hotel Management**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
