Stock Controller

**W**e are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Keeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of our inventory of prefabricated components.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries of prefabricated components.
- Verify quantities and condition of materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory in a safe and orderly manner according to designated storage locations.
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels, record stock movements, and generate reports.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with order fulfillment by picking and staging materials for production or shipment.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Computer knowledge must.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or stock keeping role.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
