Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the role of
AGM/GM – Finance & Accounts
to lead and manage the financial operations of our residential real estate business. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with strong expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, debt financing, collections, and cash flow management. This role requires a results-driven leader who can ensure robust financial controls, optimize fund utilization, and support strategic growth objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function across assigned business verticals in residential real estate projects.
  • Manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, accounting, audits, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting.
  • Raise construction finance/debt from PSU and private banks, including loan lifecycle management, compliance, and monitoring.
  • Drive collections in close coordination with the CRM team to ensure timely inflow of receivables.
  • Manage project-level cash flows, ensuring effective utilization between construction finance drawdowns, project payments, and sales receivables.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure adherence to financial discipline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, and RERA norms.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team to achieve organizational goals.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Residential Real Estate Experience
    – Must have handled at least 2–3 full project lifecycles.
  2. Debt/Construction Finance
    – Proven track record of raising and managing construction finance from PSU and private banks.
  3. Collections Management
    – Experience in coordinating with CRM teams to drive timely collections.
  4. Cash Flow Management
    – Expertise in managing cash flows between drawdowns, project-related payments, and receivables.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or MBA Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
