**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Revenue Management**:
- Maintain and update **Quotation Sent data**:
- Track individual sales performance
- Handle **upselling and cross-selling** of services and products
- Work towards **clinic target achievement**:
- Collaborate effectively with the team
**2. Front Desk Management**:
- Manage **call handling and appointment scheduling**:
- Oversee **billing of services and products**:
- Confirm non-doctor appointments via **calls or messages**:
- Process **billing and redemption of service packages**:
- Follow up on **defaulter lists**
**3. Client Management**:
- Rearrange **Proforma documents day-wise one day prior**:
- Attach and organize required sheets
- Escort patients to the doctor’s cabin
- Gather and manage **client testimonials**:
- Handle **irate clients with professionalism**
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Prior experience in **customer service or front desk roles**, preferably in a **healthcare or wellness** setting
- Strong **verbal and written communication** skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a **fast-paced** environment
- Proficiency in **clinic management software** (preferred)
- Excellent **organizational and problem-solving** abilities
