Our client is a design-driven organization that adds flair, wit, and style to the procurement of merchandise. Operating much like an advertising agency, it specializes in merchandising, ideation, conceptualization, sourcing, value additions, and crafting the perfect merchandise tailored for gift giveaways, marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications.
Brief description:
We are looking for an energetic, well-organized, and client-focused Client Coordinator to support our client's fast-paced and creatively driven merchandising team. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a proactive attitude toward both client servicing and vendor management. You will be the bridge between clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate should also be enthusiastic about participating in exhibitions and supporting basic social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact between the company and clients—managing communication, timelines, and feedback.
• Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate and current information.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
• Make follow-up calls and send communications to clients regarding ongoing or upcoming projects.
• Accompany the team to client meetings, exhibitions, or events as needed.
• Support basic social media tasks (e.g., sharing posts, coordinating creatives, engaging with followers).
• Assist with administrative tasks related to client coordination and project documentation.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or administrative support (preferably in merchandising, events, or creative industries).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with client-facing roles and phone communication.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, email, and basic digital tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for exhibitions, client meetings, or vendor visits.
• A basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus
