
Client Coordinator

As a Client Coordinator, your role will be instrumental in coordinating and executing print production to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences. You will work closely with the marketing team and vendors to plan, implement, and monitor production activities across various channels. Key responsibilities include:
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships. Understand client objectives, preferences, and feedback to tailor BTL advertising strategies accordingly. Provide timely updates, progress reports, and campaign performance analysis to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their business goals. Proactively address client concerns and seek opportunities to upsell or expand BTL advertising services.
Vendor Management: Identify and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and creative agencies to ensure timely execution of BTL campaigns. Coordinate activities such as print production, event management, merchandising, and promotional materials.
Budget Control: Assist in budget planning and tracking for BTL initiatives. Monitor expenses and negotiate competitive pricing with vendors to optimize campaign effectiveness within allocated budgets.
Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage events, roadshows, and experiential marketing activities to create impactful brand experiences. Coordinate logistics, venue selection, staffing, and on-site execution to ensure seamless event delivery.
Collateral Development: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling BTL materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional items. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
