Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiating outbound through cold calling to UK customers
- Utilizing skill set to convince customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to display soft skills while moving the call forward
- Meeting targets in the given timeline
- Complying with productivity, and quality standards
- Collecting accurate information from customers with validation
- Maintaining follow ups and lead generated reports
- Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Thrive to achieve goals and earn incentives
- Team spirit, team builder, a can-do attitude, a go-getter

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months prior outbound call center experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with UK customers
- Accountable and results driven
- Critical thinker/problem solver
- Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload
- Ability to execute successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly-regulated environment
- Ability to type more than 30 WPM
- Fresher’s with good communication skills could be considered

**Salary**: ₹118,151.40 - ₹557,148.84 per year

**Experience**:
