**THE TEAM**

Xactly’s Professional Services team is a mix of consultants, compensation experts, and sales professionals. The team comes from a plethora of industries including SaaS, consulting, financial services and management consulting. They’re a group of driven, highly motivated, self
- starters who have the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fluid start-up culture. They are fast learners turned compensation consultants with the business savvy to execute complex projects in all client verticals and interact with any customer persona.

**THE SKILL SET**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 8+ years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis, or related fields- Strong technology and business acumen with matching problem-solving skills (business and technical)- Deep understanding of SDLC, RDBMS data structures, and database concepts- Strong skills in SQL and Application Development- System integration experience and troubleshooting skills- Prior experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain (preferred)- Outstanding service-orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (business and technical)- Past experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment- Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and able to work seamlessly as part of a larger team- Able to work with mínimal or no oversight

**WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL**:
- Participate in our Product Training, which will introduce you to our products and processes.- Working with our SI partners tracking projects and ensuring accountability.

**WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL**:
- Fully trained in all our core products- Supporting Partners with your technical and product expertise-
- Create urgency, instil confidence, and provide fantastic customer service as you guide partners through implementations.

**WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL**:
- Continue to manage supporting partners and ensuring their success.-
- Meet and exceed quarterly metrics and objectives.- Provide input for overall process improvements.

**WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL**:
- Mentor new partners and teach best practices to lead the team towards future success.- Deepen knowledge of tactics to increase customer satisfaction and improve implementation time within your projects and share across the team.- Identify gaps within our processes, propose solutions and execute to continue raising the bar with the team.
