**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact inbound and outbound leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and explain the benefits of our high-value training programs.
- Build strong relationships with prospects by addressing their questions and concerns.
- Follow up with interested leads systematically to maximize conversions.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and objections to improve sales scripts.

**Requirements**:
Prove experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing, preferably in training, education, or high-ticket sales.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal communication

Ability to handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward making a decision.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and call-tracking software.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a high success mindset.

Prior experience in selling coaching, mentoring, or training services is a plus.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (depending on experience and sales performance).
