We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our team. As the IT Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by employees.
- Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, security threats, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are desirable but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
