**Team Management**: Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards. **Maintenance Planning**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and downtime. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads. Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work**Troubleshooting**: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and coordinate timely repairs. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance**Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness. Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage**Budget Oversight**: Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget, controlling costs without compromising quality.**Compliance**: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.**Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support operational goals.**Requirements**:
**Education**: Any graduate or degree in a relevant field preferred.

**Experience**: Minimum of 4-5 years in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

**Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

**Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills.

**Problem-Solving**: Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

**Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

**Software Proficiency**: Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
