b Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor/Technician is responsible for leading the maintenance team while actively participating in the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role includes planning and coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, along with performing hands-on maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training as needed.
- **Hands-on Maintenance**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Conduct repairs and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- **Maintenance Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed according to established standards.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage the inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Order and restock supplies as necessary.
- Monitor and manage the maintenance budget.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
- Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare and submit reports on maintenance performance and issues.
- Keep updated documentation of equipment and systems.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician with supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Capability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and confined spaces.

Pay: ₹10,649.32 - ₹50,776.64 per month
