**Maintenance Supervisor**
- **Team Supervision**: Lead, manage, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- **Maintenance Planning**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facilities and equipment to minimize downtime and extend the life of assets.
- **Work Orders**: Prioritize, assign, and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- **Equipment Management**: Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, performing regular inspections and initiating repairs or replacements as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety training and enforce safety protocols.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget. Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Inventory Control**: Oversee the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability of necessary parts and materials.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and safety inspections. Provide regular reports to management on maintenance status and issues.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency maintenance requests and situations, providing immediate assistance and resolving issues promptly.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Must have proven experience of minimum 2 years in Facility and Maintenance.**

**Qualification**:Graduate from mechanical or electrical engineering

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
