**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Binder is responsible for assembling printed materials into finished products such as books, magazines, brochures, or manuals. This includes folding, stitching, gluing, trimming, and binding printed pages using hand tools or binding machines, ensuring high-quality output according to specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate binding and finishing equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, collators, and perfect binders.
- Inspect printed sheets for quality and alignment before and after binding.
- Assemble printed materials into final format (e.g., books, reports, pamphlets).
- Set up and adjust machines for binding processes, including feeding materials and monitoring production.
- Perform manual binding tasks such as hand folding, gluing, or padding when required.
- Monitor production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Maintain and clean machines, reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and protocols.
- Package finished products for shipment or delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a print shop or bookbinding environment preferred.
- Ability to operate binding and finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Time management and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in graphic arts, printing, or finishing operations.
- Knowledge of digital printing processes.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working in a print production environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
- May be required to work overtime, including weekends, based on production demand.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
