Green Glam USA is a leading name in the diamond and jewelry industry, specializing in premium B2B sales across international markets. We are expanding our global presence and seeking dynamic, experienced, and results-driven professionals to join our telesales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to clients in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Present and promote Green Glam USA's diamond and jewelry products to potential business buyers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients, jewelers, and retailers.
- Identify customer needs and offer customized product solutions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends in the global jewelry industry.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the diamond or jewelry sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or international accent.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working night shifts to align with international time zones.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
