Paisa Wapas is hiring for an Associate
- Process Training

Full-Time Employment

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Experience: at least 2 year of experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation, development and execution of various learning programs, and training experiences, to enable paisawapas agents to develop the capabilities to make higher sales.
- Be accountable for a quality program and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and help curate new content to meet evolving training needs
- Coordinate with the business team to design and schedule training programs
- Conduct gap analysis and assess skill levels of field force on-the-job at all levels and design specific programs Assess the skill levels of the field force on-the-job
- Achieve training KPIs for various interventions
- Build training modules & content for regional and central training programs and deliver the same through various modes such as instructor-led, and on-field training.
- Fieldwork to identify training needs & and post-training support as per requirement
- Lead, inspire, and coach team members, fostering individual and team growth through feedback, instruction, and encouragement
- Design and facilitate training modules for new employees

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in content creation with a working knowledge of instructional design
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- 2+ years of experience as a trainer in financial services like credit card sales, LIC agents
- 1-2 years experience managing a team
- Quick learner with strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of training methodologies & adult learning principles
- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
