Reservation Executive

**Telecalling and Customer Interaction**:
- Handling incoming calls from potential guests to provide information about room availability, pricing, special offers, and amenities.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm bookings, or promote special packages.
- Answering customer queries regarding hotel policies, cancellations, and modifications.
- **Room Reservations**:
- Accurately processing room reservations via telephone and ensuring that all details such as dates, guest preferences, and payment methods are recorded.
- Managing reservations using hotel booking software (like Opera or other PMS systems).
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**:
- Promoting additional services such as restaurant bookings, spa appointments, or tours.
- Encouraging guests to book premium rooms or extend their stays.
- **Coordinating with Other Departments**:
- Communicating guest requests and special requirements to relevant departments (housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
- Ensuring smooth coordination between reservations, front office, and sales teams.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintaining a polite and professional tone when communicating with guests.
- Building rapport with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.
Skills required for this role include:
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Proficiency in handling customer management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
