**Warehouse Incharge**

**Location**: Chakan

**Principle Activities**:

- To make sure all the parts for every PM arrive on time
- To make sure line (Production running smoothly without delay issuing the parts)
- Organize the personal from warehouse, so that the processes must flow
- Checks if the commission of materials is properly done, according to the commission list
- Checks the stocks all the time, and correct the discrepancies between physical stock and stock in the system.
- 11-02 empty position(once a day checking, later transfer to out-booking)
- Stock in / out of goods including documentation, using the system to book the goods. Create and check the scherer 2 list when is necessary
- Incoming and booking (update) materials transfer to warehouse physically and in system right in time
- Monitor the arrangement of shipped material, prepares the location in the warehouse, supply the production with enough parts -Electric and Interior parts commissioning-to module assembly/Final assembly
- Filling all document by attach together with the invoice and packing list -archive them
- Monitor of the missing materials and reorder them
- Control material on line and missing parts
- Follow the F.I.F.O principle
- Follow the 5S System
- Organize stock taking L1/05, L1/08, L1/20 regularly;
- Scrap report-data filling
- Respect and 'follow his/her superiors order
- Appropriate and careful use of the warehouse equipment
- Appropriate maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse equipment incl. boxes.
- Must report immediately any abnormality found in working place

**Specialized knowledge / education**:Degree / Diploma in Engineering OR any Equivalent Degree
**Work experience**: 5 to 6 Years relevant Industry Experience
**Additional knowledge**:Working Knowledge of Excel
1. Ability to understand and interpret logistics processes
2.Lead the team
3.Good communications skills
