We are MindMentorz, A Chess Academy based in Bengaluru.
Finance, HR and Office administrator to manage overall financial accounting, ensure Govt related compliances, in charge of banking operations, manage employee documentation and oversee centres.
- **Budget**: Manage finances based on budget allocations.
- **Compliance**: Tally proficiency, ensure data integrity and work closely with the auditor for all tax related and company secretarial compliances.
- **Payroll**: Handle payroll and related tasks.
- **Financial tasks & reports**: Monthly invoice reconciliations, supplier payments, prepare financial reports and statements and managing banking operations.
- **Employees, franchisees and centres**: Manage documentations.
- Proficiency in Tally Accounting System Applications

**Qualifications & Experience**:CA Inter/B Com with relevant 2-3 years experiences.
**Reporting to company MD**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
