**Brief about the Team**

**What will you do**
- Work with the HR manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment
- Develop creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents
- Partner with external vendors in building the hiring talent funnel
- Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
- Represent the company in recruiting events and open houses
- Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads

**What we are looking for**
- At minimum a bachelor-s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
- Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Level-headed attitude with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the Human Resources department of any organization is an added advantage
- Analytical approach to handling the requirements Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
