Job Description:
1)Follow up with the vessel for monthly QHSE reports and compile the same upon receipt.

2)Ensure timely and accurate reporting of vessel certifications to regulatory bodies.

3)Maintain orderliness of vessel QHSE reports, office filing, circular forwarding activities, and vessel guidelines.

4)Maintain effective communication channels between vessel and office personnel.

5)Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

6)Provide timely updates and reports to management on QHSE activities.

7)Maintain records of all QHSE activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

8) Develop and maintain QHSE procedures and guidelines.

9) Conduct QHSE training sessions for vessel and office personnel.

Job Knowledge requirement: Excellent communication skills, including English fluency.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PDF editing, and PowerPoint presentations.

Additional skills: Knowledge of ISM Code, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, and auditing.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
