Our newly established **Insights & Intelligence team** is a global group of innovators and data experts, dedicated to revolutionising talent services through the power of data. Together, we uncover our clients' unique needs and translate them into actionable insights, empowering Talent Acquisition teams to excel.

The role of an **Insights Prin**cipa**l** is to lead research delivery initiatives, creating impactful insights and intelligence content to empower internal teams and client account groups. This position involves shaping roadmaps for talent-focused, tactical research while leveraging consolidated AMS enterprise data to drive alignment with the Insights & Intelligence vision. As a leader in this space, you’ll play a critical role in influencing strategy and delivering value across the organization.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Things you will do**:

- Oversee and conduct the analysis of market data, recruitment metrics and industry trends to generate actionable insights
- Research, visualize, and present detailed analysis on competitors, locations, skillsets, and talent in support of key client business goal themes such as diversity to support in-scope hiring decisions and actions
- Work in collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, compliance, and impact in Insights operational delivery
- Lead and oversee research, visualization, and presentation of ad hoc, out of scope client funded thematic insights reports to support business development and increase the delivery of insights to clients
- Enable stronger relationships with clients by providing tailored insights and recommendations that address specific recruitment needs

**Skills & Experience**:
**You’ll need to demonstrate**:

- Proven track record of conducting external market research and competitor insights to inform whitepaper or similar content
- Ability to extract, analyse and structure researched data into compelling insights
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to use PowerPoint and other presentation media
- Clear, concise and effective writing proficiency, demonstrated through written reports or similar with corporate audience
