**Job Title**: Dispatch Executive (Male)

**Location**: Sachin GIDC

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch tea products from factory to branches, franchises, and stockiests as per orders.

2. Maintain accurate records of dispatch, including bills, challans, and weight.

3. Update dispatch records in the system (computer) and ensure timely entry.

4. Coordinate with Production team and Inventory Manager to ensure smooth transactions.

5. Handle mail conversations and respond to queries.

6. Report to HODs at the end of the day with dispatch updates.

7. Ensure proper loading and unloading of products during transportation.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualification**:Graduation**

2. Experience**:Minimum 1 year in Tally and dispatch operations**

3. Languages**:Gujarati, English, and Hindi**(must)

4. Software Proficiency**:Tally, Excel**

**Desired Skills**:
1. Excellent coordination and communication skills

2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

3. Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,191.90 - ₹23,000.00 per month
