**Job Title: Production Operator - Junction Box (Solar Manufacturing)**

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented **Production Operator - Junction Box** to support production activities in our solar manufacturing unit. The role involves material handling, machine operation, component feeding, and basic visual inspection to ensure smooth and efficient junction box assembly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle material movement and feeding of components to machines.
- Operate junction box assembly machines as per instructions.
- Perform in-line visual inspections to ensure quality and detect defects.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols during operations.
- Support team members in achieving daily production targets.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI or High School pass with relevant manufacturing experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in production operations, preferably in junction box or electronics assembly.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and visual inspection.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

**Job Title: Production Operator - Aluminium (Solar Manufacturing)**

We are hiring a **Production Operator - Aluminium** for our solar manufacturing facility. The role involves operating aluminium processing machines, handling material loading/unloading, and ensuring quality through visual inspection and proper stacking of finished products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform loading and unloading of aluminium profiles for processing.
- Operate Short, Long, and L Key machines as per production requirements.
- Conduct in-line visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Stack finished aluminium frames properly on pallets for dispatch or further processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during all operations.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI or High School with relevant machine operation experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in aluminium production, preferably in solar manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and visual quality checks.
- Physically fit and able to handle material movement and manual tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
