**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Plan and execute daily food preparation and cooking activities
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in an appealing and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
- Manage inventory and notify when stock is low or expired
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Assist in developing or updating menu items if needed
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Minimize food wastage and optimize ingredient usage

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook or chef (restaurant, café, or catering preferred)
- Ability to prepare a variety of dishes (snacks, meals, beverages, etc.)
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good communication and team collaboration skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Specialized knowledge in [Indian / South Indian / Street food / Bakery] cuisine
- Experience in food plating and presentation
- Ability to train junior kitchen staff.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
