**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of traditional **Kerala** and **Tamil Nadu** dishes, including breakfast items, main courses, and accompaniments.
- Develop and innovate menu items while maintaining authenticity in flavors.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the order manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations, timely preparation, and delivery of orders.
- Manage kitchen inventory, and ensure fresh ingredients are always available.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment.
- Keep up with new trends, techniques, and recipes in South Indian cuisine.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** working as a cook, specialising in South Indian cuisine, particularly **Kerala** and **Tamil Nadu** styles.
- Excellent understanding of authentic South Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Good **communication skills** to effectively liaise with the order manager and team members.
- Strong organisational skills to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
- A positive attitude, passion for cooking, and a creative approach to menu development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in cloud kitchens or delivery-based kitchens.
- Basic understanding of food costing and inventory management.

**Salary**:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
