**key Responsibilities**

Food Preparation & Cooking:
Prepare, cook, and present food items according to restaurant menus and recipes.

Ensure consistency in food quality and taste according to the restaurant's standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following food safety and hygiene standards.

Menu and Recipe Adherence:
Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.

Adjust recipes as needed to meet customer preferences or dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free).

**Kitchen Operations**:
Set up, operate, and clean cooking equipment and utensils.

Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor when stock is running low.

Assist in inventory management and ensure proper rotation of food products.

Teamwork and Communication:
Work closely with other kitchen staff and wait staff to ensure timely and smooth service.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and kitchen team members.

Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, if needed.

Safety & Sanitation:
Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for food handling and kitchen cleanliness.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the Kitchen Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Experience**:
Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.

Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.

**Skills**:
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.15 per month
