Position Overview
To contact cold/warm leads and prospective clients to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the Sales and Business Development team.

Detailed Job Description
Cold Calling Generating Leads
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Identifying and generating leads
- Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound calls Cold warm calling
- Understanding and promoting the company s services
- Delivering professional sales pitches to potential clients, answering questions with the ability to move on roadblocks.
Maintaining Database
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
- Working with the company s software to log customer interactions and maintain leads record.
- Market research to develop warm leads.
Collaboration Reports
- Routing qualified leads to Business Development team by initiating appointments.
- Maintaining all reports on cold calling /follow-ups.
**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements / Desired skills set:
- Bachelor s Degree Preferably specialized in Sales Marketing.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred, although freshers are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication negotiation skills to drive sales.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills, with a flare for customer service.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
