Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and objectives efficiently. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless coordination between sales representatives, clients, and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Support Sales Team**: Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and organizing travel arrangements as needed.- **Client Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and operations to fulfill orders smoothly.- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and proposals. Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate, adhering to company policies and procedures.- **Accounts Receivable**: Coordinate with the internal teams to understand the Statement of Account for different Clients and assist them with payment-related documents. Also, follow-up with Clients as and when needed.- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. Provide sales representatives with necessary tools and resources to enhance their effectiveness in the field.- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in sales support or coordination role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
