**Job Description**:
As a Manual Tester and Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating manual test cases to verify the functionality and quality of our software products. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and delivery to meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manual Testing: Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases to validate software functionality and user experience.
Quality Assurance: Identify, report, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.
Transition to Automation: Over time, transition into Automation Testing using Python and Playwright to increase test efficiency and coverage.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other testers, to ensure alignment on product quality goals.
Tools: Proficient in using testing tools and platforms, including Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features, and align development efforts with business goals.
Release Management: Manage product releases, including coordinating with development and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in manual testing.
At least 6 months of coding experience, preferably with Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer science).

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
