Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop test plans and test cases.

Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Execute manual test cases, identify, document, and track defects, and ensure they are resolved.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Maintain and update testing documentation, such as test cases, test scripts, and test results.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.

Ensure proper test coverage, including edge cases and non-functional requirements like performance.

Report on test progress and results, escalate issues when necessary.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in manual testing.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience in test automation tools or scripting is a plus.

Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman.
