- Lead project teams, manage - workload for the delivery team, assist team in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team
- Coordinate with the EM/PM and Clients for project delivery
- Multi-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities
- End to end ownership of assigned projects

**We will count on you for**:
- Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
- Responsible for actively leading all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, through testing and deployment
- Depending on specialty, translate business requirements into HCM, Benefits or Compensation module configuration
- Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
- Mentor / coach new and less experienced consultants
- Continue to learn and develop as a consultant and Workday practitioner; share your knowledge
- In this role you will work with the project team to gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements and support the HCM Core team in different areas such as Benefits, Reporting or Compensation modules on new implementation projects.
- Design, build, and test solutions across different product platforms
- Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system integration issues to resolution
- Partner with customers to assess the scope of the request and determine estimated timeframe needed to complete
- Work with customers to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project/issue resolution timeframe
- Ensure customer business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, implemented and tested for all assigned projects and/or tickets for resolution
- Consult with customers on a variety of data integrity issues
**What you need to have**:
- Workday Benefits Certification with solid experience on new client implementations is required
- 1+ year of functional Workday HCM/Benefits implementation experience is required
- Workday experience with either Data Conversions, HCM or Compensation Implementation experience in a Lead role is a plus
- Minimum 6 years’ experience.
- Should have at least “Meets Expectations” or equivalent rating in last appraisal
- Minimum 12 months of experience at the previous career level Senior Analyst II / Associate - Workday Practice (D2/E)
- Should not be under any Performance Improvement Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
- Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer within the last 3 months
**Education**:
- B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc.
