Head of Talent Systems and Service Delivery. Experience: 12+ years. Location: Gurugram. Responsibilities:- Manage service delivery across Talent Management, Learning, and Recruitment systems and associated vendors, driving high performance.- Implement and oversee agile practices for the service delivery team, maintaining effective JIRA planning discipline, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, aligned to the HRIS model.- Prioritize work and backlog in alignment with stakeholder requirements, team capacity, and the CPO tech/HRIS Workday team as necessary.- Instill a culture of measurable improvement through KPIs across colleague experience and service delivery best practices.- Seek and act on trends in service tickets to improve employee and HR experience.- Demonstrate best practice through management of critical incidents across the technology portfolio, coordinating with resolution parties and establishing effective communication for post-incident reviews.- Support the Talent Product Roadmap in partnership with Product Owners for other systems within HRIS and technology teams to develop in-house governance and a consistent approach to process and service optimization. Performance and Quality Management:.- People Management.- Project Management.- Stakeholder objectives. Requirements:- Practical service delivery experience with core HR systems, preferably exposure to or a combination of Cornerstone (Mandatory), Workday, and Gloat.- Experience in managing performance of third-party services and vendors.- Handling escalation procedures, incident management, and related service delivery disciplines.- Strong organizational skills and Stakeholder Management.- Experience in developing and guiding junior team members.- Communicate effectively with HR stakeholders and technology partners at different levels.- Understanding of integration designs and associated system processes.- Proficiency with JIRA and Agile methodologies.- Ability to manage system audits and test cycles, providing efficiency and accuracy to support activities.
