**Responsibilities**
- Implementation experience in one or more of the following Workday functional areas: Core HCM, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning

Configure Workday according to customer requirements
- Understands Workday Implementation Methodology

Resolve functional issues and implement complex business scenarios.
- Test business processes and Workday configuration.
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impact on existing configurations
- Workday Core HCM Certification preferred (Not Mandatory)

**Nice to have skills**:

- Limited need for travel, up to 10%
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
- Project Management skills or PM experience are very welcome
