**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Scheduling and conducting training sessions to prepare and support new employees.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
- Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed

- Need to have good presentation skills.
- Must have Experience in BPO Sector.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Trainer will be preferable. Conducts refresher training and ongoing training of existing employees.
- Utilizes reporting to manage improvements in individual and team performance
- Willing to work at Night Shift.
- Salary - 25k-35k(Depend on the Interview and Past Experience)
