**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Engagement & Sales Conversion**:

- Proactively reach out to potential customers who show interest in solar solutions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for Open Access Solar, Rooftop Solar, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Build trust with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Follow up with leads to ensure smooth transition from interest to acquisition.

**Product Knowledge & Consultation**:

- Educate customers about solar benefits, cost savings, and regulatory aspects.
- Assist in explaining financial models, net metering, and LCOE calculations.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively.

**Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

✔ **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
✔ **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in B2B, renewable energy, or industrial solutions).
✔ **Skills**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital communication channels.
- Multilingual proficiency (English & Hindi; regional languages are a plus).
