**Company Name : PT Ecological Services pvt ltd.**

**Position: Sales Coordinator**

**Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Master.**

**Experiance : 1 to 3 Years**

**Salary : 2.0 LPA - 3.5 LPA**
- 1. To Administrator the following KEY RESULT AREAS: (mention KPI and specific targets)

b)Cold calling and help in sales closure.

c) Training the BDE’S on CRM & LTR and other related sheets which are important.

2. To Facilitate/Coordinate following activities:
a)Help in dispatch and coordinating the whole process.

b) Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

3. To Assist the seniors in the following functions:
a)Reporting to the manager about training being given to BDE for Software’s and reports.

b)Updating the senior about the sales call, report if any deviation.

4. To Maintain the following Records / Files:
a)Dispatch in a month - Date of dispatch, delay date if any

b)Calls done in a day report

c)Proper maintained lead sheet state wise

d)Customer Interaction Reports
- Document client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Record customer feedback and complaints for resolution.

e)Sales Pipeline Reports
- Visualize the stages of ongoing deals.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.eded while handling client on visit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- sales coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
