Key Account Service Executive Role

This is a pivotal role that involves spearheading the service operations for an All India Service setup. As a Key Account Service Executive, you will be responsible for streamlining these services and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to enhance online servicing through 3rd party solutions and effectively manage service complaints received online by delegating them to technicians in real-time.
  • Lead and develop a team of service engineers, focusing on strengthening the existing team of technicians across India.
  • Implement systematic processes, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), design warranty registration policies, and establish a robust customer database.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position within an engineering industry or power tools/appliances manufacturing machines.
  • BE or Diploma holder in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
Required Skills
  • Ready to travel All-India to visit customers and train technicians for customer service and satisfaction.
  • Digital savvy with proficiency in creating a positive brand image through after-sales support.
