**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement customer relations strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Manage customer service teams and ensure they meet customer satisfaction goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and track customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and implement customer retention programs to retain and grow customer accounts
- Train and develop customer service team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to customer service and customer relations

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
