Job Position:

- Guest Relation Interns

Location**:Gurgaon**

Job Role:

- ? Act as the focal point of contact for the guests, addressing the guest’s concerns in a professional manner in coordination with other property teams to ensure guest satisfaction and achieve a 5 star level of service.

? Should validate guest details upon arrival and provide a property tour to the guest and explain about the properties offerings and additional services

? Provide information on transport, restaurant / order in facilities, recreation facilities, etc

? Providing full fledged assistance to the guest during their stay and ensure the guests have a time to remember

? Establish standards and procedures for the work with the property / operations team and plan work schedules to ensure adequate quality service.

? Establish and maintain seamless coordination & co-operation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.

? Inspect guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishings, facilities and equipment's are clean and in a good working condition. This would require traveling to multiple properties within the zone on regular basis.

? Ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety are practiced in all areas of the properties

? Coordinate site visits for prospective guests in coordination with the Sales team, and explain them about on ground facilities and services to convert leads into successful bookings.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
