**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

**2. Service Delivery**
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Monitor service performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure all client interactions meet or exceed company quality standards.

**3.Communication and Reporting**
- Provide regular updates to clients on service status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on client accounts and performance metrics.
- Communicate feedback from clients to relevant teams for continuous improvement..

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, client management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
