Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can be the bridge between our clients and creative teams. The role demands strong relationship management, a deep understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.
  • Brief internal teams (creative, design, digital) clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies. NOT more than 3 years experience please.
  • Full-time & On-site work opportunity only. No work-from-home or hybrid option.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social Media handling - preferred as an additional qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
  • Prior agency experience would be a great added advantage.
