**Sales Responsibilities - Swarg Silver Palace1. Customer Interaction & Consultation**
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their requirements.
- Explain product details such as purity (925/999), weight, workmanship, finishing, and pricing.
- Suggest suitable products or design options based on customer taste and budget.
- Provide guidance on custom orders, Pichwai art, silver articles, and jewellery.

**2. Sales Conversion**
- Convert walk-in customers into confirmed sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell related silver products.
- Provide accurate quotations and close deals confidently.
- Handle billing, advance payments, and final delivery.

**3. Custom Order Handling**
- Communicate customer design ideas clearly.
- Coordinate with the design and production team.
- Share sketches or designs with clients for approval.
- Maintain timelines and update customers on order progress.

**4. Product Display & Store Management**
- Ensure counters, trays, and showcases are clean and well-arranged.
- Ensure all products are tagged correctly with weight and purity.
- Update stock display daily for new and sold items.

**5. Follow-ups & Customer Relationships**
- Maintain follow-up with customers through WhatsApp/Phone.
- Share new arrivals, offers, and designs regularly with clients.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle client complaints or requests politely.

**6. Record Keeping & Reporting**
- Maintain a daily sales report.
- Enter customer details for future reference.
- Track advance orders, pending deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain catalogues and design books.

**7. Market & Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated with latest silver trends, Pichwai art, and design styles.
- Understand purity standards, making techniques, and finishing types.
- Guide customers on care and maintenance of silver products.

**8. Professional Behaviour**
- Be punctual, well-dressed, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a polite and positive attitude with customers.
- Follow store policies and ensure high-level service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
