**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the branding agency.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, leveraging your industry knowledge and market research to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on branding strategies and solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyses of client requirements, presenting tailored proposals and solutions that align with their objectives and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, creative, and account management, to develop comprehensive and innovative branding strategies for clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability for the agency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the agency's reach and enhance its reputation.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Any Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a successful sales executive in service industry, preferably in the branding, advertising, or marketing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of branding concepts, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with a track record of closing complex deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
