**Role**: **Jr. **Social Media Executive

**Experience**: Fresher to 2 years experience in relevant field.

**Notice Period**: 15 days.

**Job Location**: Chembur, Mumbai.

**Qualifications: - **Any Graduate.

**No. of Positions** - 2
- Social media savvy
- Understand business communications
- Sound English writing and verbal skills, with good grammar and politeness in communication.
- Understanding of negative and positive sentiments of the posts and comments

**Mandatory Skill sets**:

- Microsoft Excel.
- Good internet browsing capabilities
- Social media savvy and understands various social platforms mainly Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
- Capable to independently research on internet and understand concepts etc.

**Professional / Technical Skills**:

- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Good social media understanding of various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

**Process Skills**:
We have added these please add on / edit, to be filled / edited by project head or manager.
- Problem solving capabilities are a must.
- Should be able to be crisp in co-ordinating with the clients and able to understand their requirements completely.
- Providing Support over call and mails,
- Good leadership qualities.
- Should have good potential of picking up new skills and products.
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to new environment. Should be an outspoken person as job requires this.

**Behavioural Skills**:

- Resolve and communicate technical issues of projects and explore alternate design.
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Is able to understand the customer and internal company communication with ease.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
