Junior Ui/ux Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic **Junior UI/UX Designe**r to join our team and work under the guidance of our experienced design lead. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. **Responsibilities**:

- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)** to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
- **User Research**: Assist in conducting user research activities including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- **Visual Design**: Develop high-fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended user experience.
- **Design Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and business objectives.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and design critiques to continuously improve the user experience.
- **Documentation**: Document design decisions, rationale, and specifications to maintain design consistency and facilitate collaboration within the team.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in design tools including **Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)** with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects demonstrating proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- **Creativity**: A passion for design and creativity with the ability to generate innovative solutions to design challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
