**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Experience Design: Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable design recommendations to improve overall user experience.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
- Product Management Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers to understand product vision, goals, and business requirements. Provide input on product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, including UI patterns, visual styles, and interaction guidelines. Ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of designs. Provide design support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Solid understanding of product management concepts, including product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. - Experience conducting user research, user interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure design feasibility and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
